Terms and Conditions
Last updated 26 August 2026. These terms govern use of firstline.studiobasedesign.com and enquiries about First Line AI implementation services provided by Studio Base Design.
1. Provider and acceptance
First Line AI is a product and implementation service of Studio Base Design, operating from Georgia and working internationally. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website assistant or submit information through the site.
2. What the website provides
The website describes AI-assisted lead response, qualification, CRM handoff and related implementation services. Demonstrations, examples, calculators and chat responses are general information. They are not a binding offer, professional advice or a guarantee of a particular commercial result.
3. Project scope and written agreement
Any implementation begins only after scope, systems, access, price, timing, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and support are agreed in writing. A signed proposal, statement of work or other written agreement prevails over this website if there is any conflict.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing lawful access, accurate information, approved content and instructions, platform accounts and a person authorised to make decisions. You remain responsible for reviewing workflows before launch, supervising your staff and handling enquiries that require human judgement.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or services to break the law, infringe rights, deceive or harm people, send unlawful spam, collect data without a valid basis, bypass security, disrupt systems or submit malicious code. You must not provide sensitive or confidential information through the public demo unless we have agreed a secure method.
6. AI limitations and human review
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Automated responses must operate within an approved scope, and high-risk, sensitive or consequential decisions require appropriate human review. Availability and quality can be affected by third-party models, channels and APIs.
7. Third-party services
First Line AI may connect to messaging platforms, CRM systems, hosting, AI providers and other services. Their availability, permissions, pricing and terms are controlled by those providers. Studio Base Design is not responsible for a third party changing or withdrawing its service, but project agreements may define monitoring, fallback and remediation responsibilities.
8. Intellectual property
The website design, text, code, branding and demonstration materials belong to Studio Base Design or their respective licensors. You may view and use the website for legitimate business evaluation. Project deliverables, licences, reusable components and client materials are governed by the written project agreement.
9. Privacy and confidentiality
Personal information is handled under the First Line AI Privacy Policy. Public website forms and the demo chat are not a substitute for an agreed confidential channel. Confidentiality obligations for a project must be recorded in the written agreement.
10. Fees, cancellation and support
Prices shown on the website are indicative unless confirmed in writing. Payment schedule, taxes, third-party fees, cancellation, refunds, change requests and ongoing support are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Base Design excludes implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Project liability is governed by the written agreement.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to the website assistant or refuse an enquiry when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or protection of people and systems. Ending website access does not change obligations already agreed in a project contract.
13. Governing law
Unless a written project agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, subject to any mandatory consumer or other rights that apply in your location.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the website or services change. The current version and date will be published here. Contact [email protected] with questions about these terms.
